Philadelphia Eagles tight end Matt Schobel is a new dad after wife Nicole gave birth to their son on Monday, August 25th. Matthew John Schobel weighed in at 6 lbs, 9 oz.
If little Matthew decides that he wants to play professional football when he is older, he will follow in the family footsteps! Dad Matt, 29, began his professional football career with the Cincinnati Bengals in 2002 and signed a five-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2006. His brother Aaron Schobel plays for the Buffalo Bills, and cousin Bo Schobel plays for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Update: Cary Benjamin was born at 3:17 a.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He weighed 6 lbs, 13 oz and was 19 inches long. Jennifer has shared that “Cary Benjamin sleeps dreamily on my stomach as weâre both bonding and recuperating,” adding that “heâs phenomenal.”

Originally Posted August 6th: Country singer Clay Walker is celebrating the birth of his third child after welcoming son William Clayton Walker last evening. Born three weeks early in Houston, Texas, William weighed in at 6 lbs, 12 oz and 20 inches long, and is the first child for wife Jessica. He joins older sisters MaClay DaLayne, 12 ½, and Skylor ClayAnne, 9, from Clay’s first marriage. According to a statement on his website,
Jessica is doing very well and Clay and the family are over the moon.
Clay, 38, and Jessica announced the pregnancy in March, confirming in late July that they would be welcoming a son.
