Though Saturday Night Live is on summer hiatus, star Seth Meyers says the buzz of the cast is Amy Poehler’s baby, due in late fall. Seth, 34, spoke to People.com at the premiere of Journey to the Center of the Earth, joking the infant will make an appearance on the sketch comedy show.
“When [Amy Poehler] has her baby, her baby is going to host ‘Weekend Update.’ That’s
the newest change. But other than that, [the show] is pretty much the same.”
On Amy’s maternal instincts, Seth says “I think she’s going to be a great mom. We’re all excited for her.”
Earlier this year, Amy, 36, starred in the hit comedy Baby Mama, which premiered shortly before she announced her pregnancy. The child will be the first for the funnygirl; dad is husband Will Arnett, 38.
